NEW TONGA PARLIAMENT
CPM are taking part of the design of the New Tonga Parliament. Warren & Mahoney Architect in joint venture with CPM to provide an engineering support as a local consulting design engineer of the this prestigious project for the Tongan Government.
CPM will lead the local team from preliminary stage and provide detailed engineering support towards completion and construction of the project
Nuku’alofa, Tonga
Leiola Plaza
CPM are the Consulting Engineers (structural/civil & building services) for this prestige Leiola Plaza Development in Nuku’alofa, Tonga. Leiola Plaza has approx. 10,000m2 of total floor areas and is located in downtown Nuku’alofa. Leoila Plaza will be a 4 x levels Commercial Complex with a state-of-the- art glass curtain wall. The Project is currently under design phase.

CPM are the Consulting Structural/Project Engineers and responsible of designing the reinforced concrete basement foundation to 2- level of structural steel framing and project engineer of the on-going construction works. Monitors progress on site, resolve construction issues, review builders claim and issuance of draw down certification. Responsible on maintaining quality and assure all work execution is in accordance to the contract documents.
