CPM is developing the Master Plan and are the engineers for the proposed DHL Building Complex to be located at the Wharf Road, Port Vila.
The DHL Building Complex has a budget of approx. VT 700 M and construction is expected to commence circa 2020.

TPL Headquarter Building Complex
CPM were the structural and civil engineers for the design and supervision of the New Tonga Power Ltd Combined Headquarter Complex at Tofoa, recently completed.
CPM is responsible for preparing construction drawings, specification, BOQ, tender and contract documents.

Danny was Team leader / project manager for coordination of multidisciplinary team (architectural / Geotech, structural / civil/ services & QS) design and tender management and construction supervision. Hardware consists of steel portal frames with a total floor area more than 8,000m2; Project cost ~AUD 6.0M.

CPM are the Consulting Structural/Project Engineers and responsible of designing the reinforced concrete foundation to 2- level of structural steel framing and will the project engineer of the later stage construction works. Monitors progress on site, resolve construction issues, review builders claim and issuance of draw down certification. Responsible on maintaining quality and assure all work execution is in accordance to the contract documents.
