LDS Utulau

The Church engaged CPM to carry out a full design documentation including tender management and construction supervision of their meetinghouse at Utualu, Tonga.

The scope of services includes Architectural, Geo-technical Investigation, Civil-Structural, and Building Services Design documentation. CPM also responsible for managing the tender process, bid evaluation reporting and the contract administration of the construction works.

LDS DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

CPM is the lead design consultant for the addition and upgrade of the LDS Distribution in Liahona, Tonga. The project comprise with an addition building storage and upgrading of the existing store building to improve is operation and quality of the building.

CPM is responsible for the Geotechnical investigation, Architectural, Civil-Structural, and Building Services Design and documentation and prepare all construction documents and launching for building consent application.

Kwajalin, Marshalls Island

LDS Ebeye Meetinghouse

CPM was engaged by the Church to be the lead Design Engineers on the development of the LDS Ebeye Meetinghouse Addition and Upgrading in Kwajalin, Marshalls Island.

The scope of service is to carry out a civil- structural engineer design as well as the building services design of the old existing bunker turns to a meeting house. The consultant is responsible for collating all engineering drawings and assist and provide response to tenderer queries.

Tonga

LDS SOPU STAKE CENTRE

CPM was engaged Project Manage and Administer the contract for the development of the LDS Sopu Stake Centre Project.

CPM responsibilities is to provide a Project Manager that will be the superintendent for the construction works and coordinating all requirement on the contract for proper compliance.

Technical geotechnical engineers and technicians was deployed on site to monitor the settlement of the engineer fill and ensure to comply with the geotechnical reports and recommendation. Part of the scope if to conduct a monthly field observation and monthly reporting.

VANUATU

LDS MEETINGHOUSE REMOTE BUILD

CPM was commissioned by The Church of Jesus Chris on the Later-day Saints to design and document the proposed LDS Meetinghouse to be build in the outer remote islands in Vanuatu. The documents comprise or architectural, civil and structural construction drawings organize to be procedural manual for easy guidance to the local builder engage to build the meetinghouse.

LDS ERAKOR MEETINGHOUSE & OFFICE STAGE-1

The LDS Erakor Meetinghouse is to be build predominantly using local building materials (thatched Natagaru roof, trusses and bamboo walls), without ceiling lining. CPM engage by the Client (LDS) to re- design the roof frame and provide recommendation to improves its structural integrity.
CPM also, carried out site visits of the Erakor site during construction 3 or 4 times a week to check on the construction: Provide advice to Builder and LDS to ensure construction in safe and correctly build;
Allow 12 x site visits with a short email report with few photos from each site visit.

LDS ERAKOR MEETINGHOUSE & TECHING AREAS STAGE-2

The scope of works is to prepare structural model and carry out structural analysis of the proposed LDS Erakor Meethinghouse – Stage 2 and new roof style as per the updated drawings.
LDS also require CPM to carry out eight (8) periodic inspection of the construction to ensure quality of works and contract to comply with provide construction drawings and specification. CPM will also provide advise to the contractor and client to execute each works properly without to minimize the variation incurring cost.

CPM engage by The Church of Jesus Christ on the Later-day Saints to prepare engineering design and documentation incl; civil, structural and building services.
The building structure is a standard sets of drawings that will be tender out and be implemented all throughout the pacific regions.

LDS Stake Centre

LDS is developing a vast property in Makeke, Tonga, to construct and develop its State Centre and recreational areas for their members. CPM was engage for engineering design & documentation and project managed the implementation of the project.
Engineering documentation comprise with civil/structural drawings. CPM also responsible for administering the builder procurement and contract administration throughout the course of the project.
