Nawesa Resort House

CPM is the lead Engineer Design consultant for the Nawesa Resosrt House development at Eruite, Vanuatu. CPM was tasked to prepare structural, civil, building services design for construction.

Design of Water Supply & a solar plants system has been also detailed on this project.

The Nawesa resort development is a massive developments with 99 residential houses with hotels, admin office and other amenities for the resort.

NZIS House

The Client Pacific Properties Limited is the number one real state developer in Tonga engage CPM to carry our the two (2) phase of the development on one of their property. Phase-1 is to design and construct the NZIS House a 5-Star high end level residential house. CPM is responsible for the Architectural and all engineering design documentation. Phase 2 – is the construction of new BBQ and Pool Area. Also include minor upgrade on the existing VILA APARTMNETS.

Brendons Residential House

CPM is responsible for thearchitectural and engineering design & documentation, and construction administration for the Ph2 Samoa Point House Extension will also include refurbishment on the existing building. The new residential house will have a mixed of floor functionality as follows:

-Ground 1: Modify existing ground to have 2 bedrooms with ensuits, New lounge, New dining & kitchen area, new courtyard and covered patio;

-1st Level: Refurbish existing bedroom provide with ensuit, new garden and gazebo

– Deck Level: Sunbathing area

JAMES HUDSON RESIDENCE

CPM are the Consulting Structural/Project Engineers and responsible for civil & structural design documentation and will be the project engineer for the construction implementation. Monitors progress on site, resolve construction issues, review builders claim and issuance of drawdown certification. Responsible on maintaining quality and assure all work execution is in accordance to the contract documents.
